To update the contact details of your domain, please visit the Management section of
the Enetica website, located at https://www.enetica.com.au/man.cgi . Once logged in, click on 'Change Contacts'. Please note that the name and email address of each contact is visible via a publicly accessible WHOIS database. If you have lost or forgotten the password for the domain there is a retrieve password option also on that site. The password can only be sent via email to the admin contact. To view the current admin contact details go to http://www.enetica.com.au/default.cgi?action=whois and type your domain name. If you no longer have access to the admin contact email address you will need to send a signed fax on business letterhead requesting an update of admin contact to (02) 9715 3244. ATTN to support. Don't forget to mention the domain name.
