Once a reseller has a domain password, they can use it to transfer that domain into their reseller account, either from our retail section or from another reseller. This will mean the new reseller will have full control of this domain, and will be notified of renewal dates etc. This is a simple and instant process, but it can lead to problems of two resellers both want the domain in their account and both claim to have the right to manage the domain. For this reason Enetica will charge a $1 transfer fee for internal transfers. An internal transfer is also actioned automatically when a reseller renews a domain that was prweviously in another reseller account, but in this case the $1 fee is not charged.
