Enetica has a strict policy of never contacting our reseller's clients, unless required by law or auDA policy. We have a comprehensive system in place that clearly differentiates registrants according to which reseller account they belong to or if they are retail clients.

Our systems allow you to manage all emails that go out to your clients from our system so that they have your from address, your company name and your URLs in them. In most cases you can also specify the contents of these emails.

There are two cases when we have to contact clients directly. The first is to confirm transfer requests, but even then the email mentions your reseller name. The second is in case of a complaint or dispute over the eligibility of a domain license. If we are notified of a challenge to a domain license, we will contact the registrant directly in order to follow the required auDA processes.
