You are able to run your own backups via the cPanel interface that is provided to you at http://www.yourdomain.com.au:2082/
If
you have not performed your own backups, there is a chance we can get
your data back for you. The following options are available but please
keep in mind we do not guarantee recovery.
1. If your data was
lost during work hours, you must contact us immediately for
restoration. If we can restore the data there will be a $110 charge.
2.
If your data was lost after work hours, you must contact us the next
business day for recovery. If we can restore the data there will be a
$110 charge.
3. If the data lost is older than 24 hours, there
is a chance we may have it on an off-site backup. If we can recover it this
way, there will be a $220 charge.
