Yes, there is a feature that allows you to have a new password sent out to you.
Log into your cPanel as user:
https://www.yourdomain.com.au:2083/
or
http://www.yourdomain.com.au:2082/
When it prompts you for a username/password just click on Cancel.
On this page you can now enter your username and have a new password emailed to you.
Note: You must have previously configured your email address into your cPanel for this to work. If you have not done this or do not receive the email then you can reset the customers password in your WHM using the 'Password Modification' tool.
