Yes, you can modify an account by using the online contact form located on our website. Request an account upgrade...
You do not need to remove that account and recreate it. You can simplify upgrade your plan via our account department.
Unfortunately we are unable to downgrade plans you will need to cancel your old plan and sign up for a new plan via our website.
