Yes, you can. This is useful for customers who are not too familiar with cPanel. Sometimes it is best to limit what they can use so that they do not start using features they do not understand and cause unnecessary support issues.

In your WHM, find the "Feature Manager" link under Packages on the left hand side panel.

Type "default" in the box provided and click on Add.

In the next screen you can deselect the options that you do not want customers to have. As a guideline, we suggest that you leave the options that pertain to mail, web statistics and Fantastico.
