How do I buy an SSL certificate for one of my websites?

To buy an SSL certificate for one of your websites:
  1. Log into your WHM at http://www.yourdomain.com.au:2087/
  2. List your accounts, then click on the cPanel link for the account you wish to purchase an SSL certificate for.
  3. In their cPanel, click on " SSL Manager"
  4. Generate a new Private key by clicking on Private Keys > Generate a new private key.
    Make sure that you include the 'www' part of the domain name if you wish to have https://www.protecteddomain.com.au
  5. Click on "Go back" and then enter the Certificate Signing Requests page
  6. Generate the new CSR and leave the page open once you have it on your screen
  7. Open a new screen and go into your RWI at https://www.enetica.com.au/server-live/rwi.cgi
  8. Under 'Manual Orders' click on the "SSL Certificates" link
  9. Choose the type of certificate you wish to buy and then type in the domain name in the space provided.
    Again, make sure you include the 'www' part of the domain name if you want to have the full domain protected such as https://www.protecteddomain.com.au
  10. Fill out the order details. Make sure that the 'approver email' is a valid email address, otherwise you will not be able to confirm your order.
  11. Paste the CSR in from the other screen that you left open.
  12. Select "cPanel" as your web server.
  13. Once the order has been confirmed, an email will be sent to the approver email to confirm the order.
  14. When the approver has confirmed the order, the certificate should follow shortly after.
  15. Go back into your cPanel interface for the domain name and click on "SSL Manager" again.
  16. In here, you can insert the certificate you have just received.
  17. At this point you will need to log back into your RWI, and under the 'Reseller Hosting' section, you will see a link to "SSL Installation Services". You will need to click on that, and fill out the form to submit an order for the installation of the SSL.
