A domain can ONLY be deleted by the current registrant. We do not allow resellers to delete domain names, and we require all deletion requests via fax to 02 9715 3244. The fax must be on business letter head and must be signed by an authorised representative of the domain name. You must provide the password for the domain name on the fax, or call us on 1300 720 043 to provide us with your password. The domain will not be deleted otherwise. Domain deletions will be processed within 24-48 hours. Once your application is processed there will be a 72 hour PENDING DELETE period during which the domain cannot be touched. After this, the domain will be deleted at a random time. There is no cost to delete a domain name.
