Yes, we currently back up our data daily.
However, we do this for our own recovery procedures and do not offer file recovery as a service.
If you feel you may need your data backed up, we suggest that you
take advantage of the backup feature through the cPanel interface. You
can backup your data to a file in your home directory, or to via FTP to a remote a server. The FTP option will require
you to have an FTP server ready and waiting at the time that you run your backup.
