In most cases it will be the same as your domain password. If you have any problems using your domain password, please contact our support team on 1300 720 043.

This is also referred to as an auth code, Authinfo code, Transfer Key or EPP code. It is a 6- to 16-character that needs to be supplied when the domain is being transferred.
