If an Enetica reseller is not providing you the service that you expect, you can transfer your domain to another reseller, another registrar, or become an Enetica retail customer.

If you become an Enetica retail customer we can provide you with telephone support, otherwise we are required to send you back to your reseller for support.

To do this, please state your intention to transfer to Enetica retail. Make sure the fax is on company letterhead, dated, and signed by the registrant. You may send the fax to 02 9715 3244.
