gTLD domains (.com .net .org etc) were previously purchased
through a reseller account with Tucows/OpenSRS. We are now
an ICANN accredited registrar, and are bringing all domains
across from our reseller account into our own.

This is an internal transfer, your domain still remains with us.

Any renewal of a gTLD will be treated as a transfer as we are
obligated to make our customers aware of the change. Hence,
our system will force a transfer (which includes a one year
renewal) on any attempted renewal.

Please proceed with the transfer and respond to the confirmation
email that will be sent to you in order to have your domain renewed.
