After you have successfully completed the registrant transfer form and paid the registrant transfer fee you must fax authorisation to transfer ownership from the existing registrant. This should be signed by the existing registrant, preferably on business letterhead and should include details of the new owner such as business name and ABN/ACN. It can be faxed to (02) 9715 3244. Once payment has been processed and relevant documentation received it can take up to 5 working days for the changes to take effect.
