When you create a new email address using email forwarding you must wait for up to 48 for dns propagation until it is fully functional. If you are modifying the forwarding address of an existing email redirection changes should take effect immediately. Also make sure that the nameservers are set to ns1.enetica.com.au and ns2.enetica.com.au.
