Every .au domain transfer must be authorised in writing by the domain registrant. Enetica sends a confirmation authorisation email to the registrant email address which must be responded to in order for a transfer to initiate.
If you have not received the authorisation email at the registrant email address please do the following:
Check the current registrant details via WHOIS http://www.enetica.com.au/default.cgi?action=whois . If the registrant email address is incorrect or inaccessable you will need to contact the current registrar to have it updated. After you have done that email support@enetica.com.au to have the authorisation email re-sent.
If the email address is incorrect and you CANNOT update it through the current registrar (e.g if the domain has expired) you can send written authorisation via fax. This must be on the registrant business letterhead and must be signed by the registrant/director/proprietor and must include the following text:
"I hereby authorise the transfer of <insert domain name here> from its current registrar to Enetica Pty Ltd. I have read and accepted the Enetica registrant licence agreement."
The fax subject should read Domain transfer authorisation. Fax number: (02) 9715 3244
