First log into your domain at the Enetica management page and click on Email Forwarding. If you have already purchased Email forwarding with spam/virus filtering then scroll to the bottom of the page and you can enter the email address for spam to be redirected to.

You will need Email Forwarding enabled in order to use spam filtering. This can be purchased through your management interface under Email Forwarding.
