A domain does not include any storage space. Therefore, if you need to have one or several proper mailboxes set up on your domain, you will need to purchase a hosting plan.
However, if you already have an email address you can use email forwarding to create aliases. Just specify your current email address as the destination mailbox (ex: yourname@hotmail.com) and without you having to make any changes to your email software, our server will redirect all email coming to your new domain (ex: contact@yourdomain.com.au) direct to your usual mailbox.
