    Yes, through the WHM you can suspend and unsuspend customers at will. This process takes only a few minutes and can be done as many times as you like.

    Globally, we have the register_globals PHP parameter set to OFF.

    You can turn it on by creating your own php.ini file in the directory that holds your php files. Keep in mind that a php.ini does not recurse down into subdirectories, so you will need to create one in every directory.
